What type of artwork should I supply?

For the best results, we recommend supplying a high-resolution PDF with images at 300dpi, using the dimensions provided in our artwork templates.

Can you design my illuminated banner?

Absolutely. Our experienced design team can create a professional exhibition graphic tailored to your branding and marketing objectives.

How do I provide my artwork?

After the payment process you can upload your files against your order, alternatively you can email this to sales@riversideprinters.co.uk along with your order number.

Can I collect my order?

Of course, once your illuminated roller banners are ready you will receive an email stating that they are now ready for collection.

How do you deliver my roller banners?

We ship overnight with the courier service DPD, email tracking will be sent you once your order is despatched. Next Day, Pre 12 noon and Saturday deliveries are available to select when checking out.

When will my order arrive?

Your order should arrive the next working day after being despatched, this can be between 8am and 6pm, DPD will email and or send a text message with your 1 hour delivery window.

What if I am not in when at the scheduled delivery time?

There are options, with DPD's service you can add a safe place for the parcel to be left at your property, you can deliver it to a neighbour or rearrange the delivery for an alternative day.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, although this isn't available to order online, please contact us at sales@riversideprinters.co.uk with your requirements.

What file types can I provide?

Ideally we would like to receive PDF files but can accept JPEG, PNG, AI, EPS and PSD files.

Will I receive an email proof?

No, we will print what you provide if the files are suitable for print. If the files are not suitable for printing you will be contacted by a member of our team. If you do need a proof please contact us before placing your order.

I gave them the designs on Friday lunchtime and they had it printed and delivered by 11am on Saturday. I phoned to double check timings and Jake was extremely helpful and even rang me back to confirm they had gone to print. To top it all off the cards looked great as well. Would highly recommend.
