What is the order cut-off time?

Order and upload your artwork before 3pm Monday to Friday for same day production and free next working day delivery. 

Why is the reverse uncoated?

The uncoated reverse has been specifically chosen so that ink stamps and handwritten notes dry quickly without smudging, making it ideal for loyalty schemes.

Can I collect my loyalty cards?

Yes. Orders placed before the cut-off time are available for same-day collection from 4:30pm at our Corby premises.

What file formats do you accept?

PDF is preferred, although JPEG, PNG, AI, EPS and PSD files are also accepted. 

Will I receive a proof?

If your artwork is suitable for printing, production will begin immediately. If we identify any issues, we'll contact you before printing. Printed samples and proofs are available on request.

How are my loyalty cards delivered?

Orders are dispatched using DPD, with tracking information sent by email. Optional pre-10:30am, pre-12 noon and Saturday delivery upgrades are also available. 

Can I send orders to multiple addresses?

Yes. Multiple delivery addresses can be arranged by contacting our sales team before ordering, although this option isn't currently available through the website.
